Ontheshop Saree - Received Wrong product

I have received a wrong item from ontheshop saree. I was trying to reach them but no access any where. what ever the number provided it's a wrong number. I tried reaching them in messenger but they have blocked me. I have ordered purple colour saree they have delivered cheap material saree which is not worth full. It's a fake company.
