Gaatha - received wrong product

I bought a saree from Gaatha online site and then got dissatisfied with the product:
*. when I saw the product on their website .. there the description of this product was mentioned very satisfactory.

*. but after receiving the same I got stunned.. because the color is totally different than what they have mentioned on the website..and the quality was mentioned there that it is cotton, but I received Georgette saree.

*. after receiving the wrong product I was keep writing to their mail id. but they are not responding even they also don't pick up my call.

I don't know why this type of fake site is still open..

only one thing I know that my complain against this site will never raise .. I only want to awake others before anybody wants to buy anything from this site..
