I ordered product and paid amount *** Rs. After * days I received wrong product which is completely different than what I ordered. Right after receiving the product, I immediately raised return request and the status of return request is Pending forever. I waited few days and then sent email to customer care . They raised one ticket and said they will check with seller. There is no update from customer care as well. Now I lost my hope that they will return my Money. It is completely cheating. The company Zipker is cheating many customers like this which I got to know very late.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
