I ordered a salwar and dupatta from Rajvi Boutique, Surat. I received an immediate confirmation via WhatsApp and email with the photo of the exact salwar I ordered.
After ** days, the product still hadn’t been shipped. I tried contacting them through WhatsApp and email — no response at all. A few days later, I noticed on their website that my order status showed “on its way” with an Express Way Logistics tracking number.
Today, I finally received the parcel via DTDC — and it’s completely different from what I ordered. The product is of very poor quality and looks nothing like the image shown on their website. I’ve again tried messaging them, but still no reply.
I’m sharing this experience to warn others — please don’t order from Rajvi Boutique Surat. They send substandard products and ignore customer messages completely.
