Boat - Received wrong product in warranty claim replacement

My name is shiraj

So i have order boat headphone nirvana *** ANC Silver from Flipkart in **** october so I haven't use them on daily basis but since few days when I'm using fhe headphone outdoor so I'm facing issue with connectivity as well with microphone on call so i decided to claim warrenty cause they are under warrenty till October **** so i claim my warranty and blue dart guy came and take my headphone and today in * Aug **** i received the replacement but the replacement is boat *** which is wrong product as well that product also not working only the light of the product is on it's not working.

So my question is why this issue is happening with boat why they send fake wrong product in replacement, this is my request to boat that i need my refund or else the same product
