I purchased a saree from the website on **th May **** but received the wrong product. But now i am unable to return the product due to following reasons:
*. No option is available on website under the orders section
*. Return request raised on website under support section but no response
*. Sent multiple emails on help mail id but no response
*. None of the cc numbers is available/reachable
*. Raised the concern on facebook messenger too but no response.
Order number is bs************
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
