Limeroad Com - Received wrong product and they are not arranging return pickup

Ordered peach color dress, received grey. Parcel has no price tag, seemed like a used product. Raised return request. Pickup guy not ready to take parcel because of color mismatch. we told him returning the product because it's wrong product wrong color but he asked us to raise complaint and talk to customer service. Sent email to customer support, they're not replying neither picking any calls. Really bad customer service of limeroad.com. I need my refund back.
