Kurtagrace in - Received wrong product

I ordered a a dress thorough instagram ad from the website kurtagrace.in I ordered in on **-**-**** and I received the product on **-**-**** which was completely opposite what I had ordered.
I ordered a grey kurta set and I received one old saree and one old fabric.
I tried to contact them and I mailed them several times but they didn’t responde.
I have been scammed. Kindly ask them to refund my amounts.
