I ordered boat immortal *** earbuds from Flipkart, i received the product on ** th January. When I opened the courier i see that unfortunately I received different product , I received boat *** g with proper packaging! So I give a replacement request & also uploaded the images of the product which I received but seller multiple times rejected my replacement request. I don't know why seller do like this, i am a customer if seller provide me wrong product then what should I do ? When I contact with Flipkart customer service they told me to waiting ** hours but it already * days complete seller not expect my return request till now!
