Yo shine - Received wrong product

I ordered * jeggings from yo shine on ** December and on *st January I got * leggings of same colour and of very inferior quality. I m trying to contacting them. They pick the call and ask for extension no and then the call gets disconnected. I had emailed them many times but didn’t got any response
