Deepali Dechamma N A filed complaint against eliss insta store on Oct 4, 2021

I had ordered for two pieces of clothing viz two jeans / trousers one black and one white respectively on September **th ****. The company said that the package would be delivered within * days and said they would send a tracking ID through sms but I did not receive any messages. Even after trying to contact them for many times , I got no reply. On October *rd **** I received a package , cash on delivery of Rs. **** /- and the package had a long clothing like saree. I have paid Rs. ****/- and have been scammed by the company.
