Savana By Urbanic - Received wrong item and return is getting rejected again and again

I ordered a legging of *** inr and shirt of *** inr from Savana and received a small sized pajama of a child and that too of such a bad quality along with a sweater of a child. I posted the return request several times on Savana but it is getting rejected again and again. They are asking to post picture of barcode, receipt, size tag but I’ve received none of it how do I post the picture? I have emailed the Savana team several times tried to contact the support team but have got no response other than the one saying “your return request has been rejected “ and “wait for ** hours” I need urgent help on the issue because I cannot afford to loss **** inr my order id was S*********************
