SHIFTO - received wrong and defective product

My father ordered cold press electric juicer from SHIFTO. But today it was delivered a wrong manual defective juicer.
No bill is found in their packaging. Instead they packed with *,* another customers bill not related to the one which i ordered.
Now, don't know how to reach them. Their customer care is unavailable. They just looted my father's ₹*** rupees.

Shifto is a fair organization. They gave a broken shelf. It just got delivered and i am unable to find how to file a complaint with these frauds.
