Instagram Online Site - Received very cheap quality product

I am here talking about my incident and file a complaint about online fraud. Her name is Mamta Lalwani and her Instagram page is stuff_for_girl. I ordered one denim shirt of price ***. It takes * days to deliver but It's okay. I don't have any issue about delivery days. Now the main problem is quality which is very bad and I want to return that shirt and want my money back. She is very rude in behaviour. Please help me.
