APEXTAILERS - Received used shirts with stains fraud

I shopped for Shirt from APEXTAILERS .
And received wrong dirty, used with lot of stains shirt. I trust all Indian sites , I saw a advertisment on T. V about help local traders to grow so thought and purchased it form local trader rather than Amazon . I thought it was an mistake so tried to contact dealer but got no response from that site and number were switch off . After that Me and my Family suffered from mental pressure , stress and Financial stress. So how should we trust our other Indian traders. I belong to poor family i earned some money and invested in shirt after * year . What should I do now so please help me. I have been frauded

I ORDERED FOR A COMBO OF * SHIRTS. I HAVE RECEIVED THE PACKAGE BUT PRODUCT IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT AND RECEIVE ONLY * SHIRTS INSTEAD OF *. SHIRTS ARE DAMAGED AND ALREADY USED.
