As are we receiving damaged products when we've paid in full...they should not inspect items before shipping. This is the second time we've encountered issues. We expect quality products and better service. If issues persist, we'll explore other options, including consumer court. And they are denying to accept there mishake and did not giving us neither exchange or refund
