ShypBuddy - Received torned product

I didn't ordered the Product we received it via EKART service and at that moment he told to pay and later you can refund it but that time it didn't clicked my mind that I didn't even ordered this product how can it reached here but I paid at that time I have searched my order list from every other app I use but I didn't ordered this product but it says when I checked it on EKART tracking there merchant was ShypBuddy and this product is powered by clickpost the product i received is in very bad condition it is sa old and torned it really affected me that how can I receive this product and it really affected my mental health as well I paid rs ***.** and don't even know how this can be possible i didn't even ordered it yet have to pay this much amount
