Veer-zara - Received the wrong item and didn't get any refund

I ordered a dress but received a saree that's the wrong item. I tried to contact the site but didn't get any response. I made a video of opening the parcel too. I want my money back. Please help me out and also block that site so that others can't get cheated. I am attaching screenshots of that site with the screenshot of what I received.
