Kuber mart industries - Received the small size product from AJIO

I ordered * seater slip cover for my sofa which is *******.but the item I received is of small size not fitting in my sofa. So small.
I contacted ajio customer care by call but it's not giving the option of talk to customer service.
I also chatted with the customer team the day i received the product but she raised the return complain but it's showing that the complain is resolved with out resolved.
Such a DISAPPOINTMENT.!!!
