SUMMER ESSENTIAL INDIA - Received the fake product

I had ordered a portable air cooler on facebook with an attractive advertisement on **/*/**** with an order number MSE***** approx time **.** pm. I received a confirmation of the order. On **/**/**** I received a text message from blue dart a parcel is being received with a docket number *********** with a COD of Rs. ****. Given customer care number ***********.
On **/**/**** I received the parcel and paid Rs. ****/- on opening the same parcel the cooler was not in a condition to work as all parts were not there. On seeing this I decided to return my product back to the company but I wrote a returning mail to the company mailing address given in add ie. info@mysummerneeds.in which is not working.
File my complaint about this kind of company that they are cheating the consumer.
