Troost - Received the carpet with incorrect size

I ordered a carpet from website - https://www.troost.in/.

The sizes available on their web site are like * feet x* feet, * feet x * feet and so on.

I was in a requirement specifically for * feet x * feet carpet size for which they mentioned that as I am asking a custom size, the price will be higher. They quoted the price of Rs. ****.

I agreed to it because I was looking specifically for the mentioned size, due to furniture setting at my home, even though it is * to * times higher than the same carpet with bigger size available on their web site. For instance - The same carpet of * feet x * feet on their web site is Rs. **** (https://www.troost.in/products/oriental-tradition-area-rug?variant=**************)

I paid them the amount online (Rs. ****). Attaching the invoice for the same.

Two weeks later, I received the carpet but sizes were totally messed up. The width (which was supposed to be * feet or say ** inches) is ** inches and length which is supposed to be * feet or say ** inches is ** inches.

The response I got on email is that - the handmade product have such size differences. This is totally unacceptable because I ordered the custom size carpet by paying * to * times the amount. They should have taken the consideration for size different and accordingly used the material or whatever.

More than that, it was never communicated to me that such size different would be there else I would have bought the * feet x * feet carpet itself for Rs. **** instead of paying Rs. ****.

I am attaching the all the documents, videos. Please help me get the refund as I think I am looted.
