I ordered MI A* * GB RAM ** GB ROM BLACK- ( IMEI/ SN: *************** ).
I purchased MI A* online from the official website on **th April ****. I received delivery of phone by **th April ****, thanks for early delivery. On Monday **th April I set up the phone and updated android * version. Then restart my phone since the phone did not boot so same day I went to MI official service centre.
MI official service centre makes me noticed that mobile piece I received is slant.
Also, one thing I would like to bring you noticed that one side of box seal was cracked while first time opening the box but I ignored at that time as assumed it might be the gumming problem.
I am so sure I accidentally received damage piece so requesting kindly help me in exchange my mobile phone with a new fresh piece.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
