The health factory - Received rotten bread

Have a multigrain bread and when I try to taste couple of them , I can feel its rotten and white patches on it and tastes very bad like old stock and getting expired in couple of days. When I try to reach zepto, there is no proper response and have asked them to send their executive to check on it in person as they r claiming it as proper product and no issue from their side and send only email back and forth without any proper resolution on the wrong defective item delivered
