Amul - Received rotten and stale amulya milk powder

I have bought ***gm of amuya milk powder after opening of that packet i have found that milk powder got discoloration , rotten and stale and its not able to make tea at all .It was just waste of rs** that i have paid for it.
Amul is a brand and this was really very experienced with amul.
Kindly resolve this issue and provide me a new packet of amulya milk powder.
