Wish Com - Received product is not working

My order no:**ad**ab*cb*f**fef***b**, I have order on **-May-**** and received the product on *-June-****.
I have buyed a ECG meter Viatom, Price around *****INR, I received poor product.its not working. Waste of money.when I contacted the wish help support.they are not helping me at all.
After continuously chasing and follow up they are now saying to return it to UK address. Due to pandemic situation around courier companies are not accepting the international parcel. Also they charges around ****INR.
Means all money loss of mine....
WISH IS DOING FRAUD WITH THE CUSTOMER.
ALSO THE PRODUCT SHOP NAME IS "GIFTENZA".
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM GIFTENZA
