A package had been delivered to my address with COD by BlueDart with Bee Venom Joint Pain Relief Cream, my family member had paid and had received the same. When I came to know later, I knew I didn't order, the address was entered in a way which I wouldn't enter at all, How do I report the same and get refund ?
