Katline - Received order from different brand

I ordered "BAESD Women High-Rise Cropped Trousers'' And received from different brand "Kataline" then I want to return the order but delivery boy didn't accepted the order and said that raise complaint that received order from different brand so that I will come tomorrow and exchange the order. Then I raised a issue in Myntra they are saying "I regret to inform you that, ( our team confirmed that the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition to the same address as updated while placing the order.)based on this information, we will be unable to accommodate a exchange."
