Barf India - Received only low cost items from my order Didnt receive the remaining items nor the refund

I placed an order for dog food from a site called B.A.R.F. India on the **th of Aug ****. I bought a total of * items for which I was charged *** for shipping and **** in taxes resulting in a total value of ****/-. I made the entire payment online as there was no other option available.
I kept waiting for the order but I didn't get any update. I tried reaching out to them through different means of communication but they were unreachable. I raised multiple complaints with Razorpay reporting the transaction but I didn't hear from them either.
Finally on the **th of Sept I got an update saying that a part of my order has been shipped. Both items cost the least out of the total paid ie they cost ****/- (excluding shipping and taxes). I reached out to them again asking about the remaining order but I didn't hear from them. I received my partial order on the *rd of Oct.
I reached out to the company again regarding receiving only part of the order and they made an excuse saying that the remaining will reach me soon ie on that coming Saturday. They said that in case the goods didn't reach me by the stipulated time then they would refund me my money.
I reached out to them again on the *th of Oct as I had received neither the remaining order nor my refund. I asked them to submit proof of shipping for the same. On the *th of Oct they told me that they are processing my refund. I reached back to them on the **th of Oct as I had not received the money still. They replied back on the **th of Oct stating that the refund will reflect in my account soon.
I kept reaching out to them as I didn't get the money. Finally on the *nd of November they replied back saying that they have already made the payment and Razorpay has confirmed the transaction. As i hadn't received the money I asked them for proof of transaction or any transaction details so I could verify their claim.
On the *th of Nov they said that an amount of ****/- had been refunded to me and it will reflect on my account within a week. I told them that once they say that the refund is being processed, then they said that it was already given and now they are saying once again it's in process. I have been given the run around by them since Aug. They again claimed that they will send it soon.
I had to keep mailing them as they still hadn't sent me the money nor were they submitting any proof of transaction. Finally they mailed me back on the **th of Nov asking me to submit my Gpay details so they can transfer my money. And once again till date I haven't received my money from them yet.
I heard back from Razorpay and they submitted false documents to them showing that they had sent me the entire order so Razorpay closed the case. I have an entire chain of emails back and forth showing how they only sent me only a part of my order and how they continuously made false claims regarding the refund.
They have done this with other customers as well as I found a lot of complaints against them on social media. I need my money back from these crooks. Please help! I need my refund of ****/- which includes the shipping cost as well as the taxes. If possible I would like some compensation for the harresment caused.
