Meesho prince craft - received old dirty used product

I order a green colour saree on *th october **** at *:** PM but i received a old used and dirty saree with different colour on **th october **** at *:** PM from his courier partner xpress bee costing Rs. ***.
and i complain on meesho help center their customer executives told me to initiate return than i intiate a return request of the same product .Your courier pickup boy came and said that its a quality issue and quality check is failed so that they deny to return the product now what can i do for this incident .Its totally wastage of my money and this is a harassment situation mentally and financially both. Kindly refund my money .My order id -****************_* . Now on ** th october i repeat the return request of the old product .Please resolve this and kindly refund my money.
