Hanuman amrule filed complaint against Flipkart Internet Private Limited on Jan 16, 2020
I ordered a Redmi note * pro mobile a few days ago. Since I had some technical difficulties with it, I decided to create a return request. And then the return request was accepted and the process of pickup and replacement applied. When I received the replacement box, I opened it, only the box of the mobile which seemed awkward, the seal was open and only the cable was found in it. When I told all this to the delivery guy, he said I can't do anything. You have to do a police case. When I got to the police station they told me to report to Flipkart and if there was a problem not fixed then come to us and report it. And when I called in Flipkart, they made my return request. And I still haven't received any update. It's my earnest request to give me justice as soon as possible.
