House of lehangas - Received irrelevant and damaged product

I ordered Kurta of RS *** and received the irrelevant Kurta which is totally different to the picture shown while ordering. They asked me to return the product for which I had to ship paying Rs *** and they credited Rs *** to my wallet. I had to purchase something for that amount. So I ordered saree of Rs **** . But the saree which I received is damaged and dirty one. I received the different one than the ordered one. Total loss of Rs ****. They are cheating the customers .Please do something as they are not refunding the money as well.
