Shipway Technology Private Limited - Received fraud delivery

I have received a fraud delivery from shadow fax. I received a message from shadowfax saying they are delivering my order today. I thought it my parcel with I received a dirty saree in it with no return address. They are not even resolving my issue with their shitty automated call system. I want my money back cause it wasn't a fraud posing I actually received a automated message from shadowfax.
