Shopyvision - Received faulty headphone

Please do not buy any product from shopyvision. It is fraud. I ordered infinity glide headphones on shopyvision. I received this faulty product on August **th. On opening I didn't find much difference with the headphone that I had with me earlier. I started using headphones from the **th where I actually found the difference in the quality of headphones. It's of really poor quality. It stopped working all of sudden with continuous high volume cryptic noise. I had to restart in between the important calls. I then stopped using this headphone from then waiting for its return. I then tried connecting the shopyvision customer care number but it never gets connected to *** ********. Moreover, I tried sending multiple emails but no one bothered to respond to my emails. What should I be doing . I'm helpless
