I am Guruprasad. On march ** I ordered * shirts but the shirts ("Fashionable Simple Wear Tailored Fit Solid Casual * shirts For Men)that I received are wrong items. I had ordered for some thing and received another one. I asked for return and refund through mail and call customer care services simply they are telling issue will be resolved since * months.
After raising complaint in consumercomplaint the bigfashionhub representative called me and offered to refund my money only if I provide my Debit card number, expiry date, CVV. As per my knowledge the expiry date and CVV of debit card should not be revealed to others as it may be misused So I denied giving those details to the representative but the representative is telling he will not refund my money if I don't give details of my debit card
