I ordered two wireless Bose quiet comfort II headphones from https://maxshoping.in website on **th October **** bearing name Anantadulal Paul and Anantadulal Pal(same person) each of worth **** rupees. I somehow misspelled my name as Anantadulal Pal. On **th October ****, I received fake china (SPN of worth *** rupees) headphone instead of Bose quiet comfort II headphones. I called them several times and emailed mentioned in https://maxshoping.in but I got no reply. So losing all hope of getting my money back at least, I decided to complain against https://maxshoping.in hoping to get a solution to this. I can provide more supporting documents including the video unboxing if necessary.
