CaseCue - Received empty box

I recently placed an order for an iPhone ** mobile cover (Order No. CC*****IN) from Casecue website. However, when I received the package and opened it, I was surprised and disappointed to find that the box was empty — the mobile cover was missing.
This has left me concerned, and I’m reaching out to understand whether this could have been a packing error or if I’ve unknowingly fallen victim to a possible scam.
