On *rd March **** I have ordered a combo watch from the following website:
https://primewatches.co
They have sent the following text message related to product delivery:
Your shipment ********* is out for delivery by ecom Executive Ph: *********** pin: ********* Please keep Rs ****.* ready for payment.
But I couldn't reach them using these contact details. By *th March I have received my order and I paid money. But it is not which I ordered. So I tried to contact them. They have no contact number only mail id for customer support is available. I mailed them more than * times that to initiate the refund process. I didn't get any response from their side. Please help me with this.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
