Split flare jeans - Received different product and refund issue

First incident was i ordered medium size which was tight and i returned it but no refund came which was of rs *** with order id ****************** in that split flare pants with payment number ******************.
SECOND WAS i ordered same with large size and came fake product, totally a different product of rs **** with order id ****************** with payment number ******************
