Fabric For Future - Received different dress from what I have ordered.

I have ordered brown embroidered velvet High low anarkali from www.fabricforfuture.in on friday, ** June **** and have received the order on ** june. However, the product i have received is some cheap dress material. I immediately sent them mail but haven't received any reply. Also i commented on their Facebook page but instead of replying to me amd resolving my issue they deleted my comment and turned off comment on their posts. This was my first experience of buying something online and to be frank this is my worst experience. I was saving my pocket money for long to buy a new dress and this is what happened..
