lloyad - Received deffective washing machine

I want to draw ur kind attention towards my problem regarding recieved deffective electronic item( washing machine) on dated **.**.**** for marriage purpose from Rajindra electronics near cooprative bank railway road Panipat. We purchase some electronics items having trust on the shopkeeper... But when we saw washing machine.. We were stunned to see that the article was delivered the same that we saw on the shop as sample. It was totally ruined. We felt very insulted at the girl's in law house after seeing the washing machine. The shopkeeper promised to change when we visited his shop... Quite a few times... But now the executive from company they sent is saying only to change the lower part... Not replacing it with new.. We want to change the washing machine or give our money back with penalty on the shopkeeper because of him we were dumped... N humiliated.. So give some punishment to the shopleeper for his unprofessional manner n resolve our problem.
