https onlinecravestore com - Received Defective Vacuum Cleaner and No Response Despite Repeated Emails

I ordered a mini vacuum cleaner from OnlineCrave.com and received it via COD on *st August ****. As per their Refund Policy, any issue must be reported within **–** hours along with an unboxing video.

Within the first hour of receiving the product, I emailed them the unboxing video showing that the vacuum cleaner is not working. I again emailed after charging it for over * hours and then followed up a couple more times the next day (*nd August) after testing it for several more hours. Still, there was no response and no phone call from their side.

The vacuum cleaner does not function even after hours of charging. While charging, the red light stays on and briefly turns green when the ON button is pressed — but only while it's plugged in. The moment I unplug it, the lights go off and the button does nothing.

This clearly indicates a defective product. I expected at least a courtesy call or guidance from their team, especially since I reported it within policy timelines.

The website looks professional and that gave me the confidence to place the order, but this lack of response now makes me feel cheated and unsure whether I will get any refund or replacement. The amount paid was ₹*** via Cash on Delivery.

I am also sharing the unboxing video (as it's a large file) via YouTube link for evidence, which I had already emailed to them within the first hour of receiving the product.

I request that a tested and working product be delivered to me within the next couple of days. If that’s not possible, I expect a full refund to be processed immediately.
