I received a realme* pro from Flipkart on **/*/****. After few days audio stopped working , it was in warronty period . Then I contacted costumer care but there was no response for my problem ,they are giving date after date for receiving the product . They had given a time period between **/*/**** to **/**/**** for receiving the product . But during this period there was no call received by me from company or costumer care . There is no response from company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
