I ordered Nokia c*-** touch it got delivered and after checking it I found that product is not working so I complaint for that and they asked to share video of testing I shared the video in the video which I shared I removed the sticker that was on the touch so that it will be visible that touch is not working after that they rejected my return by saying you removed sticker warranty will not be covered.. So my point is they said they sends you ***% tested product if the product was tested so why it was not working and it they have tested it share videos of test with the date details and they said warranty will not be covered so I don't want warranty I just want replace or refund which was mentioned on website and in video it is clearly visible that touch is not working and while contacting customer support they are disconnecting the call again and again they are not answerable to my question. I am a student and I need my money back
