*. Purchased second hand iPhone ** - *** GB from Sahivalue.com on *nd December ****.
*. Warranty is * days
*. Received the product through courier on *th December, ****.
*. Then on *th December, **** saw green line on the left side corner of the display, this was during the warranty period.
*. Went with the complaint to the store by the time I reached, green line disappeared and they refused to take the phone.
*. Had argument but they didn't listen, and was told that if you don’t want the phone sell it back to us (Sahivalue) we will purchase it for Rs. **,***/- but will not take the phone, so I said will leave the phone here in the shop so I was told that if you will leave the phone it will not be our responsibility, leave it on your own risk, it’s upto you, so told them will come back if the green line appears again even after warranty period expires, they said okay, have also wrote an email regarding the same on the very next day, which was in warranty period.

Now on **th December, **** green line appeared again at the same place, so went to the store on the same day, this time green line was there when I reached, one of the staff saw it and called up his senior on phone and informed him that he saw the green line and again green line disappeared in front of him.
*. After talking to his senior, he himself took the phone and I returned the phone with all the other accessories (charging cable, sim card pin and phone box) which was received to me with the phone.
*. After * days that is on **st December, ****, one the of the staff calls me and says that the phone might have fallen on the ground, I denied, then he said that I might have pressed any key hard, I denied, then he said while keeping the phone in pocket, the key must have got pressed automatically for which I asked him how will the key get pressed, you are putting all false allegations on me, so he said whatever it is you will have to take the phone back.
**. I have send them around ** emails but they have not responded to any of my emails.
**. In the emails I have requested the owner of Sahivalue to intervene but even he didn’t reply to any of my emails, the emails were sent addressing him.
**. So, I went to Bandra West Police Station, the police officer on duty said to Sahivalue staff that this is completely unfair as to what you people are doing with him, get it resolved among yourself then on February **th **** I get a call from Sahivalue that we will change the display but you will have to bear half of the price for it so I said I will not pay any they said its upto you.
**. I have also raised the complaint with National Consumer Helpline but there they said that the merchant has not replied to any of their emails.
