NP Green Electric Vehicles Private Limited - Received Defective Electric Bike from Green Sunny Electronics on Amazon No Support or Return Option

I purchased an electric bike from Green Sunny Electronics via Amazon.in on **th March ****, which was advertised to charge in * to * hours and give a range of ** km.

But the bike I received took ** hours to charge and gave less than ** km. I raised a complaint, and after *.* months of follow-ups, the seller replaced the bike on *th July ****.

However, the replacement also takes around ** hours to charge, only giving about **+ km, which is still not as promised. When I questioned them, the customer care behaved rudely and even admitted, "It may take up to * hours" — which contradicts the product listing.

I feel cheated by the replacement process, as it wasted nearly * months of my time and did not resolve the issue.
Now I do not want any more replacements. I only want a full refund.

Consumer website also demands an affidavit just to register a complaint — which lawyers won’t provide without a police complaint, making the process deliberately difficult.

This has caused me mental distress and financial loss. I am seeking a full refund only, and request immediate action against this unethical and misleading sale.
