Purchased dress after watching live on Facebook while making the opening video the defect was not visible after one week when I was about to wear the dress notice defect I immediately made video sent the seller Tge person was very rude he asked me opening video I explained him that product seems perfect and noticed the defect afterward no ready to listen and completely denied to replace or return the piece very unprofessional behaviour .If opening video is mandatory for any defect they should also send the product checking video on Whatsup while sending the prouct
