Kajaria Bathware Private Limited - Received defected product

I recently bought a one-piece commode of "Kerovit by Kajaria" from a dealer here in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
The piece was bought and delivered on **/**/****. And there have been multiple issues since then.

Firstly, the product was incomplete i.e a part of the commode lid was absent from the original packing.

Secondly, just after the installation, the commode isn't working properly and there have been multiple issues with it. The flush isn't performing well, it's either not pushing enough water or the pressure of the water flow in the pot is extremely less which I think wouldn't clear the waste material properly (we haven't use the commode even once and it's still in the original condition ) and

Thirdly almost */*th of the pot remains filled with water even after the flush has stopped.
