The shipped package was received damaged by me and was reported to the seller immediately. They asked to open it and make a video of unboxing which I did. It was assured that any damaged products shall be refunded for and to co-operate to report the matter to their courier company. out of the lot * pieces were damaged. Video n individual pics of the damaged products were shared. Had to followup for ** days for a response and ultimately the vendor denied refund or replacement saying the pieces are not damaged.
