ZEPTO - Received damaged product

Ordered * gift products. Received with damage and stains on both. When we contact customer support they said that we should check the product before giving OTP to delivery person. But in app they mentioned there is * and * days of exchange time for both and there is nothing about the OTP condition. They are dening refund , replacement or any other solution even after contacting customer care more than * times
