st courier chennai - Received damaged goods in parcel

I have sent parcel from chennai velachery to karaikudi on **/*/****
AWB no. ***********
Received parcel on */*/****.
Upon opening of the parcel, there was huge damage to the contents of the oarcel inside.
*. Mixer grinder which was bought recently was totally broken. I have images of same too. It costs rs ****.
*. There were other masala boxes which were broken and masalas spilt all over the box and on other items.
These items were packed and dispatched in good condition by the representatives of ST courier from velachery branch. The damage is purely due to lack of due care during handling or transit.
I have all evidences relating to the damage of items.
Given the extent of loss, I request st courier to provide me full compensation for the damage of goods made by their service and the shipping cost that I paid.
